Friday Night Extra Training - Select Program

FSCI provides players in the Select Program optional Extra Training sessions on top of their 3 core practices during the week. These Extra Training sessions provide a player another opportunity to further develop skills. During the fall and spring seasons, these Extra Training sessions essentially function as a player's 4th practice during the week.

To attend, a player must register by the Wednesday before the upcoming extra training session. A player can attend once you recieve approval. It is important for players to register so that we can manage numbers, number of coaches present, and field resources in advance.

BENEFITS

- Work with 2 of the most experienced coaches in the area

- Get a 4th night of training at no extra cost

- Improve your chances of reaching your goals

- Opportunity to makeup a missed practice

- Work with the coaches that oversee your child's development

If you want more playing time, want to reach your goals, or want a competitive advantage, help yourself by attending these sessions. If you put in the extra work, you will have a competitive advantage over others (opponents or teammates) that do not put in the work. For player growth to occur, 3 training sessions a week is not enough. A player needs to touch a soccer ball everyday !
