Coach Dean Flexton has an extensive amount of coaching and teaching experience. At South Bank University, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and earned a post graduate certification of education. Coach Flexton was a Physical Education teacher at St Joseph RC and Fulham Primary School in London from 2000-2001. He also taught and mentored coaches in the USSF D and grassroots courses for Florida Youth Soccer Association (USYS affilated state association)

Coach Flexton spent 15 years at Space Coast United Soccer Club in Melbourne Florida. While in Florida, he was awarded the Florida Youth Soccer Association Boys Competitive Coach of the Year and Florida High School Athletic Association Girls Varsity Coach of the Year.
