The FSCI Rec Academy Director, Bianca Purpura, centrally manages the program. The FSCI Technical Director, Dean Flexton, oversees the professional curriculum with specific age-appropriate practice plans.

The FSCI Rec Academy program relies on volunteer coach as the head coach of a team.
Our volunteer coaches are fully supported by our full-time professional staff.
Volunteer coaches are provided with curriculum material, quality session plans,
training session instruction and a video library of training activities to ensure a fun and energizing recreational soccer experience.
Volunteer coaches are responsible to lead the teams for each gameday and one practice a week.
All skills sessions are conducted by our professional full-time coaches.
