This fun program is designed to meet the specialized needs for goalkeepers.
We specifically focus on improving footwork, handling, positioning, catching, diving, shot stopping, breakaways, etc.
All training will be run by our goalkeeper coaches.
This program is custom tailored for players of all ability levels and is open to all players in the Fredericksburg area from any program.
