3v3 FSCI Phoenix Futsal Rules (Modified FIFA Rules)
These are the rules for our 3v3 futsal league

FIFA Futsal Laws of the Game
Our 3v3 futsal league rules are a modified version of the FIFA Futsal Laws of the Game.

Highlights

- NO CLEATS !!

- You must wear shin guards

- Wear your FSCI Phoenix uniform

- All free kicks are indirect

- We play with a futsal ball, not a regular soccer ball.

- There are no offsides

- Substitutions are unlimited and can occur anytime.

- If you take longer than 4 seconds to take a free kick, then the opponent takes the free kick.

- If a ball is above knee level, it is out of bounds
