Coach Les played for several professional teams in Sweden up until his late 20s. His favorite ages to coach are the small sided age groups from U9 to U12. He previously held coaching positions at FC Richmond and Bethesda Soccer Club. Coach Les says that the reason he wants to join FSCI is because of our player development philosophy about growing the person first and athlete second.

In the 2010s, Coach Les earned caps for the U-20 and U-17 United States Men's National Team. He played professionally in Sweden for these pro clubs - Angelholms FF, Bodens BBK, and Hoganas BK.
