The Board of Directors consists of volunteers that govern the club thru legal and financial oversight. In essence, the Board of Directors handles all the non-soccer issues while the
actual day to day operations are handled by the Executive Director and staff. Over half of the Directors are elected by the eligible voting membership.
The remaining Directors can be appointed by the Club's Founder.
