Most uniform and club gear items can be purchased thru our Club Store. The remaining items such as practice tshirts can be purchased thru our individual player order form. Please read thru this webpage entirely before placing an order.

Please try on an item BEFORE purchasing. There are no refunds and items can not be returned once purchased. See your team manager for details.
Our club must approve your uniform number. Do not order any uniform items until you recieve approval from the club along with your "player code". Failure to abide by this procedure will result in you having to purchase another uniform at your expense.
Please read thru this uniform webpage entirely before placing an order. Our club is not responsible for mistakes made thru the ordering process. For example, if you order the wrong size or the wrong number on the uniform, you will need to purchase a new uniform at your expense.
Club store items ship directly to you. Individual player order form items ship to your team manager who will then give them to you. If you have any questions, please contact your team manager directly.

Club Store Instructions
At the club store, there is a list of links on the left side of the screen underneath the caption "Teams\Players". The list of links are listed below with the corresponding teams in parentheses:
94-95 Boys (Spring 2012: U17 Boys)
96-97 Boys (Spring 2012: U15 Boys AND U14 Boys)
98-99 Boys (Spring 2012: U13 Boys)
99-00 Boys (Spring 2012: U12 Boys)
00-01 Boys (Spring 2012: U11 Boys AND U10 Boys)
93-94 Girls (Spring 2012: U18 Girls)
00-01 Girls (Spring 2012: U11 Girls)
To purchase a uniform, click on the appropriate link. You are taken to a new webpage specific to your age group. On the left side of the screen, there is a list of links underneath the caption "Teams\Players". These links are called "Player Codes". They look something like this:

To protect privacy, each player's name is "coded". Your "player code" is your jersey number appended with the first three letters of your last name. Click on your player code to purchase your child's uniform. Everything should be self-explanatory from this point forward. If your player code does not appear, please see your team manager.
