Governance
The Board of Directors governs the club by providing legal and financial oversight. The Board of Directors in essence handles all the non-soccer issues. The actual day to day operations and all soccer decisions are handled by the CEO and management. Over half of the Directors are elected by the eligible voting membership. The remaining Directors are appointed by the Club's Founder.
